To enhance immigration and customs capability in the
Member States to detect and prevent the international movement of
terrorists and trafficking in arms or other materials intended to
support terrorist activities. |

Description
|
This program has 2 parts:

Detailed
evaluation of the immigration and border security operation,
focusing on the control of passengers, personal luggage and
travel documents within each country.

Training
component designed to provide formal instruction and hands-on
experience on modern border management techniques.

Audience
|
Primary
audience: middle to low level customs and immigration officers
involved in the daily operations at the air and sea ports.
Secondary audience: police, port and airport security and
other law enforcement officials engaged in security operations at
the air and sea ports. |
