In addition to promoting an exchange of experiences, the training addressed issues such as the implementation of the universal legal instruments against terrorism, the Inter-American Convention against Terrorism, the financing of terrorism, and international cooperation on these matters. In addition, it dealt with transnational organized crime and related legal instruments. The Vice Ministers of Foreign Relations and Homeland Security of Chile opened the course. |
